RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within five days of receipt and receive a refund for the purchase price (less shipping) or a credit provided you follow the return procedures outlined here.

To ensure a safe shipment and a full refund:
  • Notify customercare@artistscanada.com of the return within five days of receipt. Please specify the reason for the return. We do not accept responsibility for unsolicited returns.


  • Request a return authorization number. You will receive shipping instructions along with the number.


  • Use the shipping agent that we specify to return the artwork in its original packaging. Please include the original packaging slip and a note with the return authorization number.


  • Send the package to the shipping address specified by customer care. Do not send it to our general address.


  • After we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will credit your credit card or issue you a check.


  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the artwork or other item was returned because it was damaged during shipping.
What if the item I purchased arrives damaged?
  • If the package appears to be damaged, call (604) 983-8515 immediately. To help us clearly identify the source of the problem with the shipper, please do not open the package or discard any of the packaging material.


  • After we arrange for the damaged item's pickup and identify the problem, we will contact you to determine a remedy. Depending on the circumstances, we will credit your credit card for the price of the item or issue you a check for its price. Unfortunately, we cannot replace unique, original artworks.
What if I decide to cancel my order before I receive it
  • You may cancel an order by noon on the day after you placed an order at no penalty. Please notify us immediately by phone at (604) 983-8515. Let us know if you would like the purchase price refund or applied to another purchase.


  • After the grace period, you will have to follow the return procedures outlined above.
